However, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has not extended waivers allowing for free breakfast and lunch meals for students enrolled at campuses that participate in the National School Lunch Program.ĭue to this change in federal policy, Wylie ISD families who want to qualify for a free or reduced-price meal will be required to complete an application for the 2022-2023 school year.
